To keep our representatives abreast of these changes and to encourage their professional growth, Brecek & Young has implemented a comprehensive training program that is available to all of our representatives and sales assistants.
BRECEK & YOUNG UNIVERSITY
Brecek & Young has an exciting and informative training program called Brecek & Young University (BYU). Training classes are provided multiple times a week through conference calls and web demonstrations on various topics such as: technology platforms, sales ideas, economic and market updates, coaching calls, and products. In addition, Brecek & Young provides one and two day training sessions at our home offices and at various sites around the country for our representatives and sales assistants. Our sales, transition, technology, operations and compliance team will also travel to your office for more focused trainings if desired.

Brecek & Young hosts an annual national sales and learning convention. Representatives and sales assistants come from around the country to attend this 3-day event. You will have the opportunity to listen to well-known, industry recognized keynote speakers, and attend workshops led by experts in a wide range of topic areas. In addition, you can get firm element and insurance continuing education credit at the National Sales and Learning Convention.
Attendance is open to all Registered Principals, Registered Representatives, Sales Assistants and family or guests.
