Brecek & Young has created an incentive program for Brecek & Young’s exceptional producers called President’s Club. President’s Club is a program that is designed to recognize representatives for their professionalism, their productivity and for their loyalty to the firm. All qualifying members and a guest go on an all-expense paid trip to a magnificent destination. Some of the past destinations have included: Kauai, Monaco, Portugal, and luxury cruises.

Brecek & Young hosts an annual national sales and learning convention. Representatives and sales assistants come from around the country to attend this 3-day event. You will have the opportunity to listen to well-known, industry recognized keynote speakers, and attend workshops led by experts in a wide range of topic areas. In addition, you can get firm element and insurance CE credit at the National Sales and Learning Convention.

Attendance is open to all Registered Principals, Registered Representatives, Sales Assistants and family or guests.
